We provide couture wedding dresses that women can try-on at home with a Home Try-On Box. Our wedding dress samples come in multiple sizes because we serve women of all shapes and sizes. Brides choose their dress color, sleeve and train length, a mesh to match your skin tone and can add pockets to many styles.

How does it work?
1. Fill out the Style Quiz
First, you will need to complete a Style Quiz and your stylist will hand-pick wedding dresses based on your preferences, style, venue and budget. The quiz takes about 10 minutes.
2. Within 48 hours receive personalized recommendations from our Stylist
Select 3 styles for your Try-On Box
You can go with our stylist's recommendations or swap out any looks.
Be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts to receive emails from your stylist.
3. Pick the date you’d like to receive your shipment
Confirm your preferred delivery date from the calendar. You will not be charged until your delivery date is confirmed.
The Try On Box fee will be applied as a credit toward your final purchase.
4. Try Wedding Dress Samples from the comfort of your home
Our sample dresses come with lace-ups, but your final dress will come with a hand sewn invisible zipper.
Don't forget to invite your besties for a fun try-on party and your mother and future mother-in-law for a second try-on party. We wouldn't say no to 2 champagne parties in 1 weekend!
5. Return all the samples and head online to order your dress.
Choose your lining color, add pockets or sleeves, and select your train style.
6. Your one-of-a-kind dress will go into production and arrive on your doorstep 4 months later

Completing our Style Quiz only benefits you! When you complete it, you'll get access to special promotions. We'll also send you personalized recommendations for Wedding Dress based on your style preferences and what looks best on your body type. If you know exactly what styles you want to try on, though, you don't have to fill out the Style Quiz!
How long can I keep the Home Try-On Box for?
5 days from Friday to Tuesday.
We would hate to do this, but fees do apply for late returns at $15/late day - to ensure the next bride gets her samples on time. Please let us know beforehand if you need more time with your pieces and we can usually accommodate. If we don't hear from you in one week (7 days) following your dress delivery, we’ll assume you're keeping the samples and charge you the full price of all 3 dresses.
What is the Home Try-On Box fee?
Our Home Try-On Box has a normal value of $90.

Do the dress samples come in my size?
Most of our Wedding Dresses come in sample sizes to fit sizes 0-30. Some styles and sizes are more popular than others so make sure you order your Home Try-on Box soon to ensure that the dresses you select are available in your sample size.
Do you have a store I can visit instead of ordering a Home Try-On Box?
Unfortunately, we do not have a store. We're based in California, but we serve customers all over the US.
We're just a "click" way: email us, call us, chat with us on our site. We can't wait to hear from you!
What size should I order?
Use our Size Chart to find your fit. You should order in the same size that you normally order for dresses. If you think you're in between sizes, just size up! No need to make things more complicated with bridal sizing.
When will my credit card be charged?
For each Home Try-On Box, your card will be charged when you make your purchase. The fee is credited toward your final dress purchase.

What can I customize?
All of our dresses can be customized for no fee!
You can change your lining color, choose a mesh color that matches your skin tone, add pockets on most A-Line or Ball Gown styles, add or remove sleeves and choose if you would like a sweep, chapel or cathedral train.
How long does it take to get my final dress?
After we get your measurements, it'll take about 4 months for us to get your final dress delivered to you.
If you need it sooner, let your stylist know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I choose a size for my final dress?
Please refer to our Size Chart for garment sizes, along with fit and measuring tips.
What is included in the final price?
The price of your dress includes shipping. The Home Try-On Box fee is also included in your final dress price. You only need to pay for sales tax and additional alterations if necessary.
Can you make me a jumpsuit?
Unfortunately, we can't make jumpsuits at this time. But we're constantly expanding our collection of styles so keep checking back!
What is the typical price of a customized dress?
Dresses start at $900 and go up to $2,500. The pricing depends on the material and style of the dress.

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous US states.
How do I return my Home Try-On Box after I've tried everything on?
After you're done trying on your sample dresses, just pack the dresses back into the original box and attach the return label that comes included in your Home Try-On Box. Then just drop it off at an authorized shipping location.
How much does shipping cost?
Zero, zilch, nada.
We will take care of shipping for both the Home Try-on Box and your final dress.
What if I need more time to decide?
We get it! Sometimes you just need more time! Just email us at email@example.com.
How do I know if my returns were received?
If you're unsure of whether or not your Home Try-On Box was received, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll happily check on the status for you!
How long will it take for my Home Try-On Box to get to me?
When you order your Home Try-On Box you'll request your sample dresses for a specific weekend.
The expected delivery date depends on the styles you're interested in and if your size is available to send out. We'll confirm your preferred date or suggest a new date.
But don't worry, you will not be charged until the box is shipped.
If I'm unsatisfied with my final dress, can I return it?
All gowns are made-to-order and cannot be returned if you change your mind. If your dress does not meet your expectation, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your dress to initialize the return process for a full refund. The dress must be returned in the original condition and packaging it was sent in. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for wedding gowns that have been altered by a local tailor.
